Shipping policy

Orders ship from the United States within 5 business days. During launches and restocks, processing may take a few additional days.

U.S. orders over $50 ship free. Rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If your shipping address contains an error, email hey@liveconnected.life as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order leaves. We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but if something goes wrong, reach out and we will help where we can.
